Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

One of the regions most well estabished Property Consultancies is actively recruiting an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to be based in Exeter.

THE COMPANY

The client is one of the leading Consultancies in the region with huge growth plans for the coming years They have a great reputation in the market and are working with some key clients. Projects can range from Public to Private sector to suit the candidates preference. Individual projects include working on Industrial developments, Commercial fit out as well as Education and Residenrial. Values can range from £200 to £10 million plus.

THE POSITION

They are actively looking to recruit an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor level to get involved in taking full responsibility of projects from inception to completion. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be given the opportunity to take full client ownership and work on projects across a range of sectors. Value of projects can range from £1 - £20 million. The projects will be across a range of sectors so would suit someone who doesnt want to be pigeonholed workon on one type of project.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful Quantity Surveyor must:

Have a degree in Quantity SurveyingHave experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on the Consultancy / PQS side or Main ContractingHave experience working on projects within Property / BuildingHave experience working on projects from inception to completionHave good communication and client facing skills WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY
