Projects: Commercial, Education, Residential, Industrial, Retail, Healthcare, Public sector and Leisure.

Company Headcount: 50 - 100

Requirements of the Building Surveyor:

Part wall through your APCContract Administration on small to medium sized projects up to £2.5mPrincipal Designer / CDMSpecification writing / bespoke schedules of workDefects diagnosisKnowledge of multiple forms of constructionParty walls - Residential and commercialSurveys generally (Scott schedules, measured, schedules of condition, defect, etc)Feasibility studies inc. basic estimating/budgeting skillsBuilding Regs / planning applications / historic building consentAutoCAD skills would be useful but not essential. However, basic Excel, Word, Outlook skills are essential. A good standard of written and oral communication skills are expected
