Description

Oversee key clients and partners on an operational property portfolio.

Reporting to the Board and Development Director, the position will have the autonomy to identify and develop your own initiatives, as well as business plans and development opportunities coming from the wider group and shareholders.

Leadership of a regional team of managers who oversee operations, estates, compliance and asset management.

Manage the development of the organisation so that it can maximise its future potential by adopting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Ensure the business continues to grow profitably so that it delivers against its business plan.

Development of a business plan to build and enhance the reputation of the business.

Develop and maintain relationships within all client and other organisations.

People management and team leadership within the department, coupled with onward reporting and stakeholder management.

Management of all risk aspects along with health and safety compliance and environmental culture.

Profile

A proven project, property or facilities professional, holding experience in Healthcare and PPP/PFI/SPV. Flexibility can be looked at on this with strong framework, commercial and contractual skill sets.
An innovative thinker currently operating at Senior Management/Director level.
The ability to operate at a strategic level, devising and executing plans with appreciation of the wider goals of the group and its clients.
A robust and confident character, with the ability to manage this key group function autonomously.
The aptitude to understand and prioritise the needs and goals of customers, making timely decisions whilst remaining mindful of the group's wider visions.

The candidate must be based in the North West or already be in process of relocating to the region.
