Our client is a fast-growing company, looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their small but rapidly expanding team on the beautiful Cornwall coastline.

The role will encompass a broad range of Surveying services, from Homebuyer reports to Historical Building Conservation meaning no two days will ever be the same. Train alongside experience professionals providing surveys on commercial, residential and historical projects in areas such as valuation, dilapidation and conservation; meaning you will gain vast experience and potential to specialize in an area you enjoy.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited desirable) and a full UK driving license. They will also possess excellent report writing and presentation ability, an enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated attitude. Prior experience in a Building Surveying role is preferred, but not necessary - the most important is a desire to learn and passion for the profession.
