One of the UK's most recognised organisations seek a Head of Projects to join their Belfast Team. Working on Projects throughout the UK & Ireland this company has a strong order book within Northern Ireland throughout the next 5 years. Working alongside a recognised Government Body this company now has an opening for an experienced individual to join the company as Head of Projects

Your new role

As a Head of Projects, you will be responsible for managing a team of project managers to deliver project-based work across our key Government client accounts. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role and experience of similar client base. To be successful in this role it is essential that you have client facing experience and a good of level of expertise in the both the commercial and delivery aspects of project and have had experience of leading technical professionals You will be directly responsible for stakeholder management, Senior Project Managers, Project Managers & Consultant teams, PMO, Support functions & Supply chain management

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will have a Construction related degree and have a professional qualification ie, MRICS, CIOB. You will have a proven track record in manging a programme of works and project team, within the construction industry. You will have an extensive understanding of the project lifecycle, taking projects from inception through to completion. You will have extensive knowledge of working on construction projects with multiple stakeholders and have working knowledge of various forms of construction contracts
