These are exciting times at Pembrokeshire’s Property Service.  We are in the middle of reviewing our approach to strategic asset management planning; therefore, we currently have a range of opportunities at all levels including Principal Asset Manager, Strategic Property Manager, Business Manager, Contract Manager and Asset Manager Posts. We would also like to hear from anyone who has recently qualified in this field of work looking to progress their career in Property Management, to see what other opportunities may be available.

Each post will play an important part in helping us shape the beautiful County of Pembrokeshire, adjacent to the world famous Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. These opportunities offer the chance for you to utilise and develop your knowledge and skills in a supportive working environment. Salaries

Principal Asset Manager: Grade 9 - £35,336 to £39,571

Strategic Property Manager: Grade 9 - £35,336 to £39,571

Business Manager: Grade 8 - £30,984 to £34,373

Contract Manager: Grade 9 - £35,336 to £39,571
