A leading National Real Estate firm with ambitious growth plans, are looking to add to their Valuation team, the business covers commercial, healthcare and education sectors.
This role covers all aspects of valuation:
- Secured lending valuations for all major High Street lenders
- Development appraisal valuations
- Asset & Taxation valuations
- Expert witness valuations
- Pension scheme valuations
- Enfranchisement valuations
- Charity valuations
They are entrepreneurial in their approach, looking for like minded RICS accredited valuers to grow and develop the business.
