Valuation Surveyor - Trading

South East

A leading multidisciplinary practice have instructed Beach Baker to recruit a MRICS Valuation Surveyor to be based in their West End office. The primary role will be to provide valuation advice to clients on a wide range trading property throughout London and South East.


Skills /Qualifications Required:


  • Property degree and member of RICS, 6+ years PQE
  • RICS Registered Valuer
  • Proven red book trading valuation experience essential.
  • Can work as part of a team or on own initiative.
  • Self-starter and able to communicate at all levels.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Ability to professionally manage banks and occupier expectations
