Employers Agent - Senior level

A specialist multi disciplinary construction consultancy is looking to add a Senior Employers Agent to its team. Focused on the residential sector you will work on large new build projects; other projects will include Education and Industrial.

As a company they are focused on the London and Southeast market meaning you will avoid lengthy commutes to project sites which will help you get a better work-life balance. Another aspect of the work-life balance, this firm insist on providing their staff is through their benefits package. The package includes 33 days holiday, Car Allowance and fuel expenses, Professional membership fees paid, pension scheme and more.

In the role you will work with local authority, housing association and private sector clients with a view to tackling London’s growing demand on for housing. With the “housing crisis” in London reaching its peak in 2016 this firm has continued to win new business so you will have a steady stream of work to get involved with from the outset. The company is going through a continued period of growth.

Recent regeneration projects undertaken have included £25m scheme in Kent which provided 250 new, mixed tenure dwellings and a £100m housing scheme in a London Borough.

Required:

MRICS / MCIOB / MAPM

Employers Agent / Project Management experience – Consultancy based.

Residential experience on behalf of public sector bodies – ideally new build housing and education.

In return:

A salary of up to £65,000
