Need a bit more variety back in your job?

Feel as though you are just doing the same thing every day, going to the same properties with the same issues and wanting something a bit different? Where you are constantly learning working on a diverse and fantastic property portfolio?

This is a great opportunity to work for a leading charity with a vast and eclectic portfolio of buildings, from residential to commercial, from Churches to farms yards and everything else in-between. They have over 3000 properties, promising that no one day will be the same and always something to get your teeth stuck into.

If its jobs satisfaction is also important, then I can think of no better to place that working for the Salvation Army a charity who is forward thinking and looking to make a difference to peoples lives.

What we are looking for is an experienced building surveyor to cover the North East. The main focus will be from Newcastle down to Middlesbrough but also some properties outside this area.  When not out and about of Surveys, you can get the comfort to work from home. With fuel being so expensive these days, it is good to know that you get a car as well as expenses are all covered.

This is a great opportunity to do the job you love and getting paid for the pleasure, while also giving back to the community.

What we need from you, is to be a good relationship builder, while having excellent communication skills, while juggling many projects at one time.

You will be used to working on Planned Maintenance programmes as well as reactive work, carrying out survey and audits on the various properties.

This charity has bold plans for the future and looking to make a difference, if this sounds like something you want to get involved with, then do apply below and I am keen to send you more details about this great opportunity.
