My client is one of London’s most well-established, prestigious estates and comprises of an impressive Central London portfolio. This is a mix of prime office space, retail, and leisure. 

The role provides vast exposure within the general practice function, responsibilities including, but not limited to, lease renewals, rent reviews, licences to assign, and overseeing the property management, alongside being tenant facing. 

The salary offer is just as impressive as the opportunity; you’ll be looking at up to £55,000 plus bonus and benefits. You’ll be working from their West End office just a short walk from Tottenham Court Road station and have access to flexible working.
