Through the continued success of the boutique investment fund specialising in the Build-to-Rent sector, we are seeking a hands-on asset manager to manage the day-to-day running of assets.

Our client

Our client is a successful startup that has now been going 5 years winning awards along the way in 2017 and 2020. As a result of their success and continued investment, they are looking to add to the team. Focusing on the local market in the buoyant buy to let market. Working as a small team they can share ideas and keep profits up.

The role

We are looking for someone to take on the hands-on day-to-day management of assets, typically blocks of apartments purpose-built which form the self-managed portfolio. With ambitious but achievable growth plans, there is real potential for this role to develop into a more senior role in time.

APC training can be given if of interest to you.

Based in Stamford, the town is full of young people who like to spend their time in a coffee houses, bars, and restaurants. On the surface, the location looks like a sleepy town your parents would visit but the reality is far more lively than that.

The candidate

Training can be given around the local market but experience or knowledge in property management, commercial residential, real estate etc is ideal ie degree or similar.

A team player and positive attitude are key given the small boutique office environment and nature of investors who are HNW.

APC training can be given if you are looking to gain professional accreditation and grow your career opportunities.
