Loungers operates two brands; Lounge which are café bars and Cosy Club which are bar / restaurants.
Lounges are predominantly located in market towns and the suburbs of major cities, whereas Cosy Clubs are found in city centres.
Loungers are the fastest-growing all-day operator of scale in the UK and have consistently outperformed the wider UK hospitality sector over the past three years.
The group floated on the AIM stock exchange in April 2019 and currently have 195 sites spread across England and Wales and continue to expand at a rate of 25+ new sites per/year.

Purpose of the role
Forming a key part of the acquisitions team, you will identify and acquire suitable new sites that fit the acquisition strategy and continued growth of the business.
This role will involve
You will ensure the quality of the new sites enhances profitability, business performance and drives the growth of the company.
You will ideally have an exceptional knowledge of both towns and cities across the UK and be able to interpret and utilise market data to identify the very best locations for future Lounges and Cosy Clubs.
You will take new site acquisitions through: site identification, negotiation, board approval, legals, planning, licensing and post exchange / completion phases; ensuring a thorough handover to the construction team.
You will possess strong communication and negotiation skills underpinned by excellent property knowledge and experience. You will be able to communicate and influence with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders and at all levels.
Skills and qualifications
Excellent negotiating and influencing skills
Ideally MRICS qualified, with 2 + years' relevant experience
Extensive knowledge of the leisure/retail property market, with broad contact base
Thrives when delivering fast paced, high-quality acquisition programmes
Proficient in managing a team of external property consultants
