A well-established Central London Commercial Agency are currently looking to hire a Junior Agency Surveyor to join their business. The role will focus on retail, leisure and workspace assets. The company has a diverse client list ranging from small creative businesses to large global companies and funds.

The company has a substantial pipeline of existing business that you will be involved with from the start as well as being provided ongoing training and support to develop your career.

Key Responsibilities

Existing business

Assisting the team advising clients in marketing the leasehold interest of workspace, retail and leisure properties

New Business

Landlord instructions - Developing a portfolio of retail, leisure and workspace leasing instructions focusing on City Fringe, East London and emerging markets. Acquisitions Instructions - Supporting the new store acquisition programmes of our retailers who are seeking to open new sites across London

Development Consultancy

Providing development consultancy advice to clients with regards retail, leisure and workspace properties.

Skills and Experience

Minimum of 1 years’ experience within commercial agency Excellent knowledge of the London property market Ability to operate in a dynamic environment This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, dynamic, well-regarded commercial agency.
