Interim Building Surveyor – North West - Council - £40/hr – 6 – Inside IR35

My Local Authority Client in North West is currently looking for an interim Building Surveyor to carry out a number of Conditions Surveys on their commercial property portfolio. They are looking for a Surveyor with Local Authority experience who can hit the ground running. They are flexible on working from home with visits to the properties every week. 

• The portfolio is commercial and community, comprising of corporate buildings, care homes, libraries, listed buildings, schools and office blocks.
• It is not necessary to be CIOB or RICS for this role, but it is essential to have significant experience carrying out these duties (ideally within a Local Authority setting).
• You will be required to write specifications and deal with contractors following the Surveys to a high standard.
