Senior Building Surveyor
A forward thinking and established Building Surveying Practice, based in Birmingham, are now looking for a qualified and confident Senior Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team.
The Senior Building Surveyor Role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working within the private sector supporting on commercial, retail and banking projects.
The Senior Building Surveyor will be taking on duties such as dilapidations, party wall matters, contract administration and condition surveys.
The Senior Building Surveyor
- Ideally, commercial, retail and banking project experience
- Professional services experience
- Confident with managing a variety of clients
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working autonomously
In Return, the Senior Building Surveyor will receive:
- £50,000 - £60,000
- Plus car allowance
