Are you a Senior Forensic Planning Consultant looking for a new and exciting opportunity with a multidisciplinary consultancy with global experience?

As Senior Forensic Planning Consultant you will be working with a dynamic team who have been successfully delivering commercial management, planning, dispute resolution and Expert Witness services for over 40 years to the construction, engineering and outsourcing industries.


As a Senior Forensic Planning Consultant, you will be an experienced and independent professional, capable of undertaking the following duties:

  • Forensic analysis of tender, contract, and claims documentation
  • Forensic analysis of programmes in accordance with Society of Construction Law guidelines
  • Independent preparation of claims for time and delay
  • Independent preparation of adjudication documentation
  • Draft written reports, setting out process, conclusions, and recommendations
  • Experience of and ability to operate Standard Forms of Contract (JCT/NEC/FIDIC)
  • Provision of strategic advice at all stages of the construction life cycle
  • Active contribution to business development

As Senior Forensic Planning Consultant, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • A senior level of post Degree qualification experience in live project environments, preferably as a planner / project controls manager (or equivalent)
  • Preferably hold or be working towards a Construction Law MSc or Post Graduate Diploma (or equivalent)
  • A working knowledge of dispute resolution procedures and the principles of contract law
  • Experience on major construction and engineering projects
  • The ability to prepare, assess and interrogate construction programmes utilising various industry accepted programme software packages
  • The ability to consolidate, manipulate and interpret large datasets
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite programmes, i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • A clear and concise communicator in English (oral and written)
