Estate Maintenance Manager - 6 Month Interim Role - Somerset

Your new company
As an Estates Maintenance Manager you will join a Somerset based NHS Trust who are responsible for the maintenance and operational reliability of a wide range of community properties as well as a main hospital site.

Your new role
As an Estates Maintenance Manager, one of your leading responsibilities will be to efficiently communicate with help desk coordinators and maintenance officers to ensure both planned maintenance works and day to day responsive maintenance works are completed on time, and to the required standard. You will help to plan and schedule these works, as well as review and support both planned and existing maintenance regimes.

You will use your technical expertise to conduct regular quality and performance checks. You will also have an opportunity to promote efficiency of a CAFM system ensuring best outputs are achieved from its use.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have a background leading a direct maintenance operation, either as a Maintenance Manager or a Supervisor of a diverse team. It would be beneficial to have progressed into your recent roles from a trades background.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an initial contract of up to 6 months in initial duration. You'll be paid a daily rate of pay on a PAYE basis, rate dependent on your qualifications and levels of experience.
