Residential Valuation - Surveyor to Associate

The Company

Woodhouse Property Recruitment is delighted to have partnered with a leading international consultancy, recognised for being one of the most progressive companies in the property industry. Due to sustained growth and demand, we are now seeking a residential valuation surveyor to join the team in Birmingham.

The Role

You will join Birmingham’s residential valuation team who specialise in high-end residential properties across the West Midlands, including: boutique individual dwellings valued in excess of £2million, large urban development and expansion schemes, PRS, and student accommodation. Within this team, you will have the option of carrying out commercial valuations, should you wish to have a more varied role.

The majority of valuations completed by this team are for secured lending purposes on behalf of high-street banks and lenders, with the occasional investment and fund valuation. The role will have you developing existing client relationships, and ideally adding new clients to the network.
