We are working with a leading and independent real estate consultancy who are looking to bring on a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead industrial projects in their London, Milton Keys and Cambridge offices.
This role would be suitable for an individual who has lead projects in the industrial sector and within a consultancy or who has a few years' experience as a Project Manager and is ready to take a step up.
Requirements for the Senior Project Manager
- Experience of leading Industrial projects
- Experience of overall management and responsibility from feasibility through planning and including delivery on site.
- Contract experience expected and knowledge of legal/third party issues etc.
- Candidate should have knowledge of market, clients and consultants with ability to maintain client relationships for repeat work.
- Manage a team of junior staff and potentially oversee other projects as senior staff.
