You will work for a leading property organisation based in Nottinghamshire. They offer development and progression, as well as a mix of residential and commercial properties to work on.

Your new role
You will work as a Senior Surveyor based in their Property team in Nottingham. You will work on a mixture of properties across the portfolio, as well as completing valuations and sales advice to their client base. You will work on winning new clients as well as securing instructions for sales, and valuation reports.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be keen to progress your career, as well as having experience in a Surveyor role. You will ideally be MRICS, however they will look at candidates who wish to complete their APC.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive basic salary of £30000 to £40000, as well as an annual bonus. You will work for a leading business, and the progression and development is something they pride themselves on.
