A unique opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Surveyor to join a highly successful, leading Worcestershire property consultancy at either Senior Surveyor, Associate Director or Director level who is looking for plenty of variety in their day to day work. The Job Role
The Associate / Director Commercial General Practice Surveyor role will be broad across commercial property. These areas will include work doing Commercial Valuations, Acquisition work for established clients for occupation and investment and Landlord and Tenant work, mainly on the existing managed portfolio. With clients ranging from private individuals to national corporates, the organisation offers the same level of service with clear, professional and consistent advice on all property matters.
Required Job Skills
- A property related degree or similar qualification
- Ideally knowledge of the Worcestershire Commercial Property Market but the right “attitude” and willingness to learn about the area is just as important
Desired Job Skills
- Previous Commercial Valuation experience, within a consultancy or client-side environment
- RICS qualification
