Job Details

If you are looking to kickstart your career in Planning, or have a couple of years’ experience under your belt, this is the opportunity that will plunge you into a long and successful career…

This developer, boasting a prominent reputation in the South East, is looking for an Assistant Planning Manager to join their team and really get down to the nitty gritty, roll up their sleeves and dive in headfirst into this exciting opportunity.

From day dot you’ll be thrown headfirst into this fruitful opportunity, assisting on a range of exciting projects, gaining the experience needed to pass your APC. Going home at the end of the day knowing you have truly had an input into the future development of your region is something to be proud of.

Sometimes the pace in Planning can be a little slow, and if you’ve spent the first few years of your career longing to ramp up the pace and get greater exposure to projects from cradle to grave, then this is one for you.

A willingness to dive straight into the workload of this busy Buckinghamshire office is a must, where you will be assisting in managing strategic land acquisitions from inception through to delivery – if you’ve got the right attitude, are determined and on track to gain MRTPI / MRICS then their Head of Planning would love to see what you’re all about.

With sites often being of a complex nature (think football clubs and athletics pitches), this developer has high standards – a testament to their monumental growth and success.

Your first few months would see you gaining new depths of knowledge in how they work at a company, taking on and managing new projects on your own and aligning yourself with the group strategy of the land team.

From Friday early finishes, to generous pay and a truly supportive environment to grow and learn in. If this sounds like it could be up your street, then what are you waiting for? Give me a call on 020 7766 9015 (and ask for Ettie) to find out more.
