Start: ASAP

We are seeking to appoint an organised, experienced and proactive Facilities Manager, to have responsibility for school buildings across three sites. Recruitment is intended in advance of a move by The St Marylebone CE Bridge School to brand new permanent premises in the Queens Park area of London. This will provide the exciting opportunity to take over a purpose built property from the outset and manage the relocation in July 2022. With additional responsibility for two established sites in Marylebone, the role will be demanding with the levels of input required between sites varying throughout the year.

The successful candidate will join the Schools’ friendly and supportive team of 5 Assistant Site Managers. A comprehensive knowledge of health and safety requirements, ideally within a school environment, will be vital as well as a calm, methodical approach to documenting building systems and planned maintenance schedules.
