Valuation Managers (Commercial & Residential Valuations)

We are looking for Valuation Managers (Commercial & Residential Valuations) with Finance background to join our Valuation Team in Dubai, UAE and London, UK.  Next to handling valuation assignments throughout UAE & UK, you will also be managing & monitoring the team and ensuring all reports are in accordance with the RICS and International Valuation Standards.

Responsible for:

• Inspection of properties.
• Valuation   and   real estate development appraisals together with due diligence  
• Preparation of detailed reports and presentation of valuation advice to clients.
• Preparation of business valuation reports
• Acting as a Technical Advisor to colleagues in valuation matters.
• Leading and mentoring team members.

Requirements:

• MRICS qualified, with 5 years post qualification experience in commercial and residential valuations.
• Previous managerial experience to be able to lead the team.
• Flexibility to travel in the region when required.
