I am currently recruiting for 4 x Interim Estates / Property Management Surveyor to join a central government client. This is an initial six month contract, looking at what actions need to be taken on the property portfolio and then managing the consultancy delivering the work.

Description
The Interim Estates / Property Management Surveyor will:
- Have responsibility for looking at a portfolio of properties and then working as an intelligent client managing the consultancy who are doing the work for the central government client.
Profile
The successful Interim Estates / Property Management Surveyor will have experience doing hands on property / estates management.
Job Offer
The role is a 37.5 hour a week margin post. Hourly rate dependant on experience. Home based 4 days a week, with one day a week in one of their offices.
