My client is a privately owned group that develops and operates a diverse portfolio of Real Estate across the UK including hotels aswell as care homes and various residential projects across Purpose Built Student Accommodation and Build to Rent. With recent acquisitions in Bristol and Brighton the group has a very active pipeline of construction, further sites are in various stages of development as they enhance their current portfolio, including new build developments in the Northeast and a 400,000 sqft mixed use scheme in London.
The group has entered into numerous JV agreements with institutional investors and have recently secured 4 acquisitions across the UK with a growing development pipeline.

The successful candidate must have completed a postgraduate qualification and have at least five + years' experience. Experience in project management and client-side development management is required including technical solutions, pre-and post-contract procurement, quality management and site-based management. This role is ideally suited to a DM capable of running live developments and contributing to the end-to-end pipeline of BTR, PBSA and hotel developments across the portfolio.
