Our Client have a rapidly expanding profile enjoying continuing success providing Project Management to clients across all sectors, including Education, Health, Heritage, Commercial and residential from £5-50million project values. They are now looking for a Project Manager to join their multi-disciplinary teams based in the London office.
This role would suit a Project manager looking to maintain exposure in a variety of sectors, the projects are diverse and working for some great clients including those in the thriving tech sector.
This is a challenging role, where you will be delivering a full range of Project Management services for clients across all sectors. If you have specific sector strength they will maximise it, and if you want to expand your knowledge within a different sector they will support you.
Working as a Project Manager in a team of people-focused leading professionals, you will have access to the latest technology helping you carry out your work efficiently and capturing information to manage property better.
My client wants to develop future leaders and you will benefit from ongoing personal development and training, whilst working within a flexible, growing organisation. They are proud of their independence and it`s this that gives the teams space to push boundaries, be creative and lead discovery.
They are looking for individuals with the combination of proven technical experience, an interest in PropTech. You will be passionate about client delivery and have the drive, enthusiasm, and commitment in order to assist with the continued success and growth of the Project Management business.
Applicants should be degree qualified in a construction related degree or equivalent, and be MRICS / MAPMS qualified as a desirable
