Senior Building Surveyor looking to join a West End based building consultancy? My client is a progressive organisation who boasts eight offices across London and the South East. An independent property advisor known for providing advice in the office, industrial, retail and property sectors.

The role

The Building Consultancy division is looking to strengthen with the addition of a Senior Building Surveyor. The role is to support the lead Director in providing traditional building surveying services across Central London and the surrounding home counties. We are looking for a professional who has proven project experience. You will lead programmes from inception to completion and manage stakeholder relationships.

(£50,000 - £60,000 per annum + car allowance + bonus + 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays)
