Job Details
A multi-disciplined experienced Director is now require a Chartered Surveyor to join their team of property professionals in Guildford covering areas across the South of the UK.
The Surveying practice advises on Commercial and Residential properties with a focus on Lease hold advice, party wall advice, commercial property valuations and residential property valuations.
Providing first class service and understand the clients aspirations and expectations. They believe in a collaborative approach and put their employees at the heart of everything they do.
The General Practice Surveyor
- MRICS or ASSOCRICS
- Commercial and residential experience
- Ideally 2+ years valuation experience
- Experience with rent reviews and lease renewals
- Professional approach
- Eager to learn and ambitious
- Client facing
