The role will cover a mix of both professional services, including condition surveys, defect diagnoses and PPM schedules, as well as project based works including the design, project management and contract administration of refurbishment projects. The procurement route and contract type will vary, but the candidate will be expected to have a good base of project experience and will be required to run projects in the £0-2m value range, with support from the wider studio team as necessary.
