£100-125,000 + equity option, bonus and package

This expanding consultancy provide project and cost services to investor / developers in the hotel and residential sectors. As part of strategic growth they seek a Quantity Surveyor at Director level to lead their QS team and play a key role in wider growth of the company. 

The opportunity 

As Head of the QS team, you will provide a mix of project delivery, team leadership and client development in addition to playing a key role in the wider strategic development of the company. 

The candidate

This role will suit a MRICS (or equivalent) chartered Quantity Surveyor who has experience in a leadership capacity and is confident in both project delivery and developing client relationships.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Helping driving success of the company 
• Delivering QS services pre and post contract 
• Coordinating and leading internal and external teams 
• Managing existing client relationships
• Marketing and business development of target clients 

The successful candidate will be:

• Degree qualified 
• A chartered QS professional, ideally MRICS (or equivalent) 
• Experienced in a cost consultancy environment managing projects from inception to completion 
• Experienced in acting in a leadership capacity
• Experienced in business development and have a strong network  
• Someone with an engaging leadership style and a track record of developing successful teams 

Package on offer: 

• £100-125,000 salary
