Experienced Rural Surveyor | Surrey | Office Manager
We are looking for someone to join a growing team in Surrey and surrounding areas, with a range of clients and a growing base there is a need for an experienced rural surveyor to manage a team.
Our client
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a successful firm of leading chartered surveyors who are seeking an experienced rural surveyor to join and lead their growing team based in and around Surrey.
The team undertakes the management of rural estates offering a wide range of professional rural advice to landowners. Providing technical excellence ensures an impressive client base advising some of the most prestigious clients.
The Role
You will be joining and leading a small but established team with a wide range of experience. Running the team you will balance your time between your own clients and mentoring the next generation of surveyors.
Working with longstanding clients there is an immediate body of work for you to pick up with a fully supported handover to ensure your long-term success.
As with all senior appointments, there is some flexibility around crafting the role to compliment the right candidate to play to your strengths.

The Ideal Candidate
You are likely to be looking for your next big step, having been in your role for a few years, and need something to challenge you. As you become more experienced there are fewer opportunities such as this to progress up the career ladder.
With an established career, you will be MRICS and ideally CAAV with experience in a range of clients. A proven background in mentoring others throughout their APC would also be ideal.
