A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to join an independent building consultancy based in Chester.
The Senior Building Surveyor role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have a predominant focus on dilapidations, contract administration and technical due diligence within the commercial, retail, office, and industrial sectors.
This consultancy work on a range of projects including refurbishments, external repairs (maintenance work) and fit-outs ranging from £100k - £6M.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated Senior Building Surveyor who is eager to develop their career and experience and progress to Associate Director.
