Job Details
Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a leading and long-established institution in Bristol who is looking to recruit an in-house Project Surveyor / Building Surveyor.
The successful will be responsible for delivering and overseeing the Project Teams compliant delivery of minor and intermediate projects ranging in value from £5k to £1M on multiple sites simultaneously, funded by Minor Capital or Capital Maintenance budgets, or other areas as requested.
The hiring manager is looking for a motivated individual with significant experience managing building projects from inception to completion. You will also have a building or construction related degree (Surveying/Engineering/Architecture) and ideally a professional membership (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA), but this is not essential.
This is a contract position with an immediate start date. The expected end date is 31st October which may be extended depending on workload.
