Maybe you’ve reached a glass ceiling within your land buying role.

Or you’ve enjoyed working with a house builder/agency but are now ready to move into a Developers team.

This outfit are responsible for the development of over 20,000 homes. Their schemes are typically all within an hour of London and things are looking very exciting for 2022.

They are well retained within their delivery team, and are looking to bring in an Land Buyer to support in the acquiring of new sites.

The Director will be involved in; working closely with agents, networking, appraisals, entering onto bid lists, and working alongside the delivery team to secure new sites.

In terms of the set up the outfit have an office in central London, and your week will be split between working from home, in the office, and traveling to sites/meetings.

You will be well looked after with plenty of perks, including performance related bonuses.
