The role is focused largely on the development of a leisure complex, comprising of swimming pools, gym studios and events halls.
The Council needs someone who can come in client side to assist another Project Manager with the delivery of this project.
The ideal candidate would have a background in construction and experience of working on large capital projects.

It is important to have experience of similar commercial projects, rather than housing or mechanical.
It is not essential to be MCIOB or MRICS, but preferable and a Project Management qualification would be ideal.
