Are you an Interim Estates Surveyor with Local Authority experience based in the NE of England?
Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in NE England, who require an Interim Estates Surveyor to join their team on an initial 6-month contract.
Your work will consist of rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations on their commercial portfolio.
We already have a surveyor working in the team, who thoroughly enjoys himself! He's said that the portfolio is diverse and going to work is never a chore!
Local Authority experience is desirable
MRICS is desirable for this role. Being a Registered Valuer is not required.
Working from home arrangements - 2 days in office per week
