Project Manager

We have fantastic opportunity for project manager who has strong moral compass and wants to help ease the affordable housing shortage.

Our client is a consultant who has established a development arm, that helps councils and housing associations unlock brown field sites. They secure funding, work through planning stages and then deliver a brilliant modular product that is affordable, sustainable and energy efficient.

You will work within a close knit team of 7, taking responsibility of delivering pilot projects, of 12-15 units, with a construction value of £3 million +. These Pilot schemes will quickly gain traction, due to the simplicity and affordability of the product and project values will increase. The role is end to end project and programme management, working with and driving the whole supply chain.

You will be a project manager, building surveyor or quantity surveyor who is used to a client facing role. Worked on schemes that are £2million plus and looking to scale or have a demonstrable track record of delivering larger schemes, in readiness for the larger projects. It is essential that you have worked in a consultancy, have dealt with both pre and post contract duties. If yoi don't have experience of working with lenders or modular factories the team will bring you up to speed.
