A busy Local Authority in the East Midlands is looking for an interim Housing Development Project Manager for an initial 4 month period but likely to extend further.
Duties:
- negotiating with developers to acquire S106 affordable homes
- preparing feasibility assessments for new schemes
- undertaking financial evaluations for new schemes
- liaising with and negotiating with land owners to purchase land
- oversight of on site development activity
- Refurbishment Projects
The role will be pretty much solely working from home. Very rare office visits and infrequent visits to site may occur.
