This is an opportunity for a chartered Surveyor with extensive property asset management experience to have responsibility for providing strategic oversight and opportunities in delivering a fit for purpose property portfolio as part of the Senior Management Team.

My client is a social enterprise in the transport industry, safely providing over 30 million passenger trips on our buses every year. They deliver a range of transport services - from London red buses to social services transport, from school transport to whole transport networks. They reinvest the profits from their commercial work into community transport services or projects in the communities that they serve.

This role will also include the proactive management of lease administration, real estate transaction management, supporting facilities operations, "moves" planning and any other real estate activities required to maximise the efficiency of the operational portfolio whilst reducing occupational costs. The portfolio includes 19 sites and impacts over 1500 people on a daily basis.

Description

• To manage the existing leased portfolio and any additional acquisitions in order to deliver the "best in class" services to stakeholders.
• To review, record and provide recommendations on lease management, Landlord (and Tenant, where necessary) services, Stakeholder service delivery and reporting requirements to ensure that the delivery of a superior level of service and delivering their Stakeholders vision for its operational portfolio.
• To manage the existing leased portfolio and any additional acquisitions in order to deliver the "best in class" services to stakeholders.
• To review, record and provide recommendations on lease management, Landlord (and Tenant, where necessary) services, Stakeholder service delivery and reporting requirements to ensure that the delivery of a superior level of service and delivering our Stakeholders vision for its operational portfolio.
• Working with the Board, prepare and plan the estate portfolio vision on a rolling 5 year cycle taking account of new business opportunities.
• Proactively manage the delivery of the property portfolio and information to stakeholders accurately, efficiently, timely, cost effectively, and professionally managed - keeping accurate records for future reference.

Profile

The successful candidate will be MRICS and possess significant experience in a property asset management role. A skilled strategic thinker with knowledge of lease management and landlord/tenant applications is essential.
