WBM Commercial Property is a multi-discipline commercial property consultancy based in Swindon.  We are seeking a highly motivated Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team to support the department head in managing a varied and exciting portfolio of instructions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join and become an integral part of the WBM team with the right individual having the potential to become a shareholder and ultimately part owner of the business.

Working within the commercial sector you will undertake a range of building surveying services to include; dilapidations advice, contract administration, client agent, schedules of condition, technical due diligence and general building surveying commercial work.  You will have your own portfolio of instructions to manage independently as well as assisting as part of a team on larger commissions. 

In addition to working with the department head in driving the Building Consultancy division of the business forward, you will also work closely with our Agency and Management departments to ensure continuity in the provision of comprehensive advice to our clients.

Relevant experience is essential across both professional and project-based building surveying services. Candidates must be MRICS Building Surveyor qualified with ideally 2 years PQE. 

Our office is based in Swindon with current instructions throughout Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and along M4 corridor.  Whilst the role is office based there is some flexibility in terms of home working to suit the varied working week of a surveyor and ever-changing location of instructions.

You will need to have a full UK driving licence and provide your own car.
