Planned Works Project Manager - 6 Month Interim Role (initially) - Hybrid Working - £33 / £34 per hour

Your new company
You will be working for a local authority who are responsible for the delivery of ongoing capital maintenance works across over 4500 homes in the South West.

Your new role
As a Project Manager you will take end to end ownership of the delivery of housing related capital projects, which could include kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, as well as other cyclical and programmed works. You will ensure projects are completed on time, to the required budget and quality. You'll closely supervise building contractors, and troubleshoot any issues which may arise as the projects progress towards completion.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you ideally be able to demonstrate experience undertaking a similar role delivering minor projects within affordable housing.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an initial contract with up to 6 months in duration, a contract which is likely to extend beyond this point. You'll also receive a competitive hourly rate of pay of £32 - £34 per hour (umbrella).
