A multi functional, Quantity Surveying consultancy in Berkshire are seeking a Quantity Surveyor - ideal for a Quantity Surveyor seeking good career progression, whilst working closer to home.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a quantity surveying team of 20 who work across a broad range of projects from heritage, new build residential, commercial, and education projects across Berkshire and surrounding areas.

Day to day, the successful Quantity Surveyor shall be supported by an Associate Director in the delivery of both pre contract and post contract services.

Once settled in the practice, the successful Quantity Surveyor will mentor Assistant Quantity Surveyor's and take on larger projects.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • A successful track record of delving pre and post cost management roles
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable travelling in and around Berkshire
  • UK cost management /consultancy experience as a Quantity Surveyor
