Your new company
Hays are extremely pleased to be working with a Renewable Energy development and investment company based in East Anglia. For the last 4 years they have developed a national portfolio, focusing on green energy storage and renewable generation projects. This company is an exciting arm of an incredibly successful and established Real Estate investment company, also going through a very exciting period of growth. The renewable team is now looking to recruit a Land Agent or Commercial Agency Surveyor into their Bury St Edmunds office.

Your new role
As the new Agency Surveyor you will be working with the existing team to source, evaluate and progress their energy sites. This is an incredible time to be joining the company as they have recently won some fantastic bids for very exciting energy projects and so your role will be pivotal.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be chartered, with previous land agent or commercial agency experience, you will be dynamic, personable and able to be proactive. You will have good knowledge of land and property law and commercial landlord-tenant law.
