I am currently recruiting for a Interim Development Surveyor to work for a local government contract on a full time or part time basis for 6 months. Inside of IR35. Essentially it is looking at land and property and thinking what else could we be doing with these assets.

Description
The Interim Development Surveyor will have responsibility for coming up with different development ideas with the current land and property assets that are on in the commercial portfolio.
Profile
The Interim Development Surveyor would have had experience in either the public or private sector as a Development Surveyor. Ideally MRICS. But, someone who is creative and can work remotely. Although if someone wanted to be in more frequently that would also be fine.
