I am currently recruiting for three interim Development Consultant for a council in the Midlands. This role is to support with preparatory work both doing and managing the consultancies delivering the acquisitions, disposals work to enable the physical delivery to happen. 12 month contract. Inside IR35, part or full time considered. Remotely based.

Description
The Interim Development Surveyor will be responsible for:
- Doing some acquisitions and disposals transactions
- Manage the consultancies who are doing the acquisitions, disposals and CPO works
Profile
The Interim Development Surveyor would ideally have the following experience:
- Development / agency background in public or private sector
- Commercial view
- Experience / ability to manage consultancies
- Able to be based at home and deliver good output
