A highly successful real estate advisory firm have instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Chartered Surveyor for their expanding Exeter office.
We are seeking a candidate who is a minimum of 2 years PQE to join a successful team.
The successful candidate will have experience working for a property consultancy already with a large element of your current role devoted to valuation work.
This position will involve loan security and investment valuations for a variety of residential development and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will already be an established valuation surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer working for a competing firm; however candidates looking to relocate to Devon will be strongly considered.
As part of the team you, will be expected to provide valuation advice and reports for clients as well as inspect client properties throughout the region.
