• Project management / contract administration on small to medium sized projects up to £3m including:
  • Vertical extensions and conversions;
  • Category A & B refurbishments; and,
  • PPM Works and Asset Enhancement Works.
• Principle Designer / CDM Duties
• Managing external consultant, where required, on project work.
• Pre-Acquisition (Due Diligence) Services for acquisitions.
• Reinstatement Cost Assessments and yearly reviews.
• Licence for Alterations.
• Defect diagnosis and reactive maintenance.
• Assisting Property Managers with Planned Preventative Maintenance Strategy.
• Providing Dilapidations Advice.
• Collaborating with agents and solicitors to facilitate a asset transactions.
• Managing insurance claims.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have to be MRICS chartered with no less than five years commercial surveying experience and the ability to confidently execute their role independently, covering all aspects of Building Surveying. Candidates who are innovative and entrepreneurial will be well suited to the role.
