Current Team Information

We are a proactive and sociable team of 15, consisting of Four Directors, Four Associate Directors, Two Associates, One Surveyor, Two Graduates, One Apprentice and a Team Secretary split between our West End and City office locations.
The team has a broad range of clients, landlord and occupiers, and work on a variety of fast paced and interesting instructions across all sectors.


Whilst the core focus of the team are instructions relating to dilapidations, the team continues to deliver spin-off work including associated contract administration and all ancillary building surveying services to benefit and add value to our clients.


Integrating in to the wider asset management piece is at the heart of what we offer as a team. Working with wider Savills network agency / investment

The Role & Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our specialist dilapidations team who can deliver clear, commercial advice and help develop the profile of our growing team.
We would like this person to play an active role in developing existing relationships and to grow new clients and opportunities both within the business and externally.
We are looking for someone that can demonstrate Savills values and support the team in making sure collectively this is also the case – taking pride in everything you do, always acting with integrity and adopting a value add approach.


Key responsibilities;
 Ensure dedicated client focus – effective client interaction with excellent lines of communication; work to identify client needs; deliver upon commitments to clients; provide bespoke advice.
 Advise clients of their options and propose an appropriate strategy.
 Help raise the profile both internally and externally.
 Provide assistance to other departments and professionals within the office and support Savills business
development wherever possible.
 Contribute to client pitches and presentations.
 Engage in business development strategies to ensure fee generation and client delivery.
 Build strong working relationships with existing clients.
 Support & empower junior members of the team..
 Build relationships internally within Savills with the view to generating new business.


People Leadership:
 Demonstrate leadership skills.
 Support the team by aligning with our business strategy and help deliver on our growth targets.
 Meet objectives in line with company/Divisional/team strategy and to measure performance against
these. 
 Engage in career development & training, coaching, mentoring and the promotion and succession/talent processes.
 To adhere to all company processes with regards to people management.
 Demonstrate professional behaviours at all times.
